Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Don't get too crazy tonight! And be safe in this rainy weather. I celebrated last night with a shot of Nyquil and going to bed before midnight. So crazy. Anyways, just a quick post on my St. Patty's Day mani. I did 2 coats of Zoya Shawn with ring and thumb accents of Sinful Colors Green Ocean. I'm still sick so there was no motivation to do this mani, but I still like it. But while taking pictures I smudged my ring finger...which you'll see. Oh well, this'll probably come off tomorrow!

Really dark photo, but it showed Green Ocean the best.

Shawn is a grassy green creme polish, the formula was great. Green Ocean is a mixture of blue/green flakies in a slightly tinted green jelly base. It was a gloopy mess and is taking forever to dry, even with my quick dry top coat. That's why it's smudged in the photos. But I still love it...it's my love for anything flakie. Anyways, enjoy and be safe!

Wet n Wild - Blazed

Hooray February 29th! Happy birthday to those of you born on this glorious and rare day! Here's just a quick post. While perusing Walgreens for the millionth time in the past week (due to their Sinful Colors sale - 99 cent polish, baby!) I decided to get this color. I've been drawn to pink-y colors lately, and cremes on top of that. So when I saw this coral/peach/pink polish I figured why not? It was only a dollar.

I was worried that it would be too warm for my skin tone, but I actually liked it. This is 2 coats, the formula was sheer at first, but opaque after the second coat. I don't like these brushes though, they're really long and thin. But I can deal with it for a pretty color! This color is a creme, but it is very close to being a jelly. Look how shiny and squishy it is without a topcoat! Reminds me of candy. Yum.

Rimmel London - English Rose

I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! Or Singles Awareness Day! Just a quick post this time. I have English Rose by Rimmel London. English Rose is a slightly muted pink creme, really a very simple but elegant polish. I think every single line of nail polish has this color, it's definitely not unique. But it's a refreshing palate cleanser, if you will.

Formula was great! This was 2 coats and applied like butter. I don't remember where I got this, but these are available at Target, Walgreens, CVS, really any drug store. Enjoy!
